1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By using the Triplae Zero Plumbing Sydney website and engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services & Quotations

  • Triple Zero Plumbing Sydney provides plumbing services including (but not limited to) emergency plumbing, bathroom renovations, hot water systems, gas fitting, leak detection, blocked drains, pipe relining, and maintenance across Sydney.Triple Zero Plumbing

  • All quotes and proposals are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final costs may vary depending on site conditions, material changes, or additional work.

  • You must provide accurate information (location, description, access, etc.) for us to deliver services. We reserve the right to revise the quote or reject a job if required details are inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Scheduling, Access & Site Conditions

  • You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the site, including utilities (water, power), where necessary.

  • If site conditions differ significantly from assumptions (e.g. hidden pipes, structural issues, soil conditions), we may issue a change order, which may carry additional cost.

  • Delays caused by site access, client unavailability, or unforeseen conditions do not constitute a breach of our performance obligations.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms (deposit, interim payments, and final invoice) will be specified in the quote or agreement.

  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services until accounts are settled.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • We warrant our workmanship for 12 months, or 7 years for certain work, excluding defects caused by misuse, neglect, external damage, or third-party interference.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service supplied and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, subject to legal constraints.

  • You must notify us in writing of any defect or fault within 14 days of discovery. We will inspect and assess remedy options.

6. Client Obligations & Risks

  • You agree to honest cooperation, permit our personnel safe working conditions, and promptly notify us of any relevant site or health & safety issues.

  • You understand that plumbing work may uncover hidden issues (e.g. corrosion, leaks, structural damage) which may require additional cost or time.

  • Any materials, parts, or fixtures you supply must meet regulatory standards and be compatible with the work.

7. Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • All website content (text, images, logos, design) is owned or licensed by Triple Zero Plumbing Sydney and protected by copyright.

  • You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify content without our written permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for how we handle your data.

9. Disclaimers & Exclusions

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

  • Any reliance on website content (service descriptions, blogs, estimates) is at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for events or delays outside our control (weather, supply issues, third-party acts, regulatory changes, etc.).

10. Termination & Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms (e.g. nonpayment, access refusal, site danger) after providing notice.

  • You may cancel services with appropriate notice, but may still be responsible for work already performed or costs incurred.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of New South Wales (or applicable state). Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved through mediation or courts in NSW.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” will reflect the current version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
