1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3. Scheduling, Access & Site Conditions

- Delays caused by site access, client unavailability, or unforeseen conditions do not constitute a breach of our performance obligations.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms (deposit, interim payments, and final invoice) will be specified in the quote or agreement.
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services until accounts are settled.
5. Warranty & Liability
- We warrant our workmanship for 12 months, or 7 years for certain work, excluding defects caused by misuse, neglect, external damage, or third-party interference.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service supplied and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, subject to legal constraints.
- You must notify us in writing of any defect or fault within 14 days of discovery. We will inspect and assess remedy options.
6. Client Obligations & Risks
- You agree to honest cooperation, permit our personnel safe working conditions, and promptly notify us of any relevant site or health & safety issues.
- You understand that plumbing work may uncover hidden issues (e.g. corrosion, leaks, structural damage) which may require additional cost or time.
- Any materials, parts, or fixtures you supply must meet regulatory standards and be compatible with the work.
7. Intellectual Property & Website Use
- All website content (text, images, logos, design) is owned or licensed by Triple Zero Plumbing Sydney and protected by copyright.
